Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. You'll see live carrier rates (USPS, UPS and more) at checkout, before you pay.
How fast will it arrive?
Most boxes are packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout, and you'll get a tracking link as soon as your label is created.
Can I include a personal note?
Yes! Add it at checkout and we'll hand-letter it on the card inside every box.
Do you offer discounts for offices?
Discounts apply automatically: 5% off 5+ boxes and 10% off 10+ boxes. For more than 24 boxes, request a quote on our office orders page.
What if an item is out of stock?
Every box is hand-packed. If something runs out, we'll swap in an item of equal or greater value that fits the same theme.
Can I return a box?
Because our boxes contain personal care items and food, we can't accept returns. But if anything arrives damaged or wrong, tell us through the contact form (choose "Damaged or wrong item") within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
